I hate the people that are doing this and I am really mad while I'm spending 7 or more hours trying to write a "unique" article and a guy out there comes and use the "Copy&Paste" feature. Don't get me wrong here, you can use the content as long as you will inform me and you link back to the original source of my article. That's a nice thing to do and even I am doing this when I need to give a good reference or a good example. It's sad that the search engines don't take actions against this. I mean it would be lovely if the search engines would do more against such people that are stealing others work. It really hurts me since I am not able to concentrate on creating unique and quality articles as I must check the web regurarly to search for other people that loves to copy my articles.
