This is a very important point. After I’ve installed a computer table as it must be, I feel like I no more so tired after work.

Some people prefer to work on notebook: I can’t imagine how that could be even possible.

Nice post! It is really important to get up and stretch and walk around a bit if you can. That looks like a good desk mount arm.

Oooh, I would LOVE a stand up desk! I think they’re the ultimate when it comes to ergonomics but you’d need one of those mats so your feet and back don’t get sore from standing.

Apparently, it’s a stand up table. I walk around when I’m on the phone. Otherwise, I’m fine with sitting in front of the desk.

I didn’t realize that I did that until I saw that picture my daughter took of me slumped over my keyboard.

It’s definitely something you have to train yourself to be more conscious of.

I’m pretty sure I saw something like what you need on Amazon. I just did a search for “ergonomic monitor stand”.

You know, I had not really considered how much I lean into/towards my computer when reading/typing before reading this post (honestly).

What I could use is a monitor to connect to my laptop (I use a MacBook Pro) and a keyboard. That might be a bit useful…
