Working at home when you have the flu

As I’ve mentioned a few times before on this blog, working from home can be extremely challenging, especially with two children who aren’t in school yet.

However, there are plenty of upsides.

Not only do we get to spend more time with our family, but when we get sick, we can do it with style!

I’m sitting here right now with an old pair of pajamas that have holes in them, a multi-colored wooly pair of socks with grippies on the bottom, a housecoat with peanut butter on the sleeve, my hair is sticking out in all directions, and I don’t have any makeup on to cover up the fact that I look like death just warmed over.

I’m as comfortable as can be even though I may just be running to talk to the great white telephone any minute now.

I certainly couldn’t do that if I had a corporate job.

Just one of many reasons why I love to work from home!
