I’m still trying to accept the fact that I’ll never be as organized as I want to be with two little ones running around. Mine are 3 and 5 though so it gets better all the time. Eventually that space between the rock and the hard place gets bigger.

I understand exactly what you mean about isolation and struggle with motivation when working from home. Story of my life! I think you’re right about it being a personality thing. I still love it though!

I’ve spent time working from home but didn’t enjoy it. I guess I felt a little isolated and started to struggle with motivation.

My wife on the other hand works from home without any problems.
Perhaps it’s a woman thing or simply down to personality.

I’m stuck between a rock and a hard place.

Like you, I’m a very organized person and love it when I find ways to be more efficient. The two go hand in hand.

But… I have a 4 year old and 1.5 year old.
